RH Seating is a QR code-based seat finder service that allows event organizers to:

Upload guest lists with table/seat assignments
Generate unique QR codes for events
Enable guests to find their seats by scanning the QR code and searching their name
Customize the appearance of their seat finder page

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your account information as needed
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes

Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RH SEATING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
